Update 2021-02-17: The lockdown in Melbounre will be eased on Wednesday (17 February). Shops are allowed to reopen and most movement restrictions are lifted. However, a mask requirement and a restriction of private gatherings to a maximum of five visitors will remain in force until at least 26 February.
As the lockdown in Auckland, New Zealand, also ends on Wednesday (17 February), it is expected that the tightened restrictions on air travel will be lifted again.
