Update 2021-03-18 (2): As of April, the island of Kauai is once again participating in the State of Hawaii’s Safe Travel Programme. Under this programme, a post-entry quarantine can be bypassed by taking a single PCR test before travelling to Hawaii.
Update 2021-03-18 (1): The closure of the border with Mexico and Canada for non-essential travel has been extended until at least 21 April.
