Update 2021-04-06 (2): According to media reports on Tuesday (06 April), measures to combat COVID-19 will be relaxed when the state of emergency expires on Sunday (11 April). As of Sunday (11 April), the nighttime curfew will no longer apply and the travel ban between various districts will be lifted. In addition, select retail stores will be allowed to reopen. 

Update 2021-04-06 (1): According to information provided by German authorities on Tuesday (06 April), persons with a long-term or permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic must undergo a COVID-19 test within five days after entering the country from an orange or red category country by private means of transport.
