Update 2021-04-20: US authorities reported on Tuesday (20 April), that the sub-districts of Sangkat Stueng Meanchey 1, Stueng Meanchey 2, Stueng Meanchey 3 and Sangkat Chaom Chau of Phnomh Penh, as well as localities 14, 16, and 17 in Sangkat Boeng Salang, have been declared red zones. Absolute curfews are in place in these areas. People are only allowed to leave their homes in case of medical emergencies or to receive vaccinations. Only a few shops are allowed to remain open. Travel through these areas is prohibited.
