Update 2021-04-21: Travellers who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and observe a waiting period after the second vaccination are exempt from hotel quarantine after entering Ireland, even if they enter from a country classified as a so-called Category 2 state. However, mandatory self-isolation also applies to them.
