Update 2021-04-21: On Wednesday (21 April), the Italian government announced further expected dates for relaxations after it was confirmed that outdoor catering and cultural facilities in “yellow zones” could reopen from Monday (26 April). From 15 May, shopping centres will be allowed to open on weekends. From 01 June onwards, indoor catering establishments will also be allowed to operate again, subject to restrictions. At the same time, outdoor events with up to 1,000 spectators and indoor events with 500 spectators are to be allowed again. According to media reports, most regions of the country will be classified as yellow as of Monday.
