Update 2021-05-07: According to British authorities, Hong Kong now has a blanket ban on entry for travellers who have spent more than two hours in Brazil, India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines or South Africa in the previous 21 days. Travellers from high-risk or high-risk areas still have to present a negative test no more than 72 hours old and enter 21-day quarantine.
