Update 2021-05-11: According to the latest media reports, the traffic light system in Scotland will already come into force on Monday (17 May). Portugal, Israel, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Iceland, Gibraltar, the Falkland Islands, the Faroe Islands, South Georgia and the Sandwich Islands as well as St. Helena, Tristan de Cunha and Ascension Island will then be on the “green list” (i.e. mandatory testing, but no hotel quarantine).
