Update 2021-05-17 (1): According to information from the Federal Foreign Office on Monday (17 May), the curfew will remain in force at least until 01 June. Additionally, travel between different provinces with public transport is allowed again, but remains prohibited with private vehicles. The use of public transport is restricted to persons under 65 and over 18 years of age. Shops selling food and other daily necessities are also allowed to open on weekends between 10:00 a. m. and 05:00 p.m. (local time).
