Update 2021-07-12: Also on Monday (12 July), severe weather warnings are in effect in numerous prefectures. Affected are from north to south: Akita, Iwate, Yamagata, Miyagi, Fukushima, Niigata, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Ishikawa, Toyama, Aichi, Shiga, Tottori, Hiroshima, Okayama, Shimane, Tokushima and Okinawa.
