Update 2021-07-29 (2): Travellers who want to leave Jiangsu province, where the city of Nanjing is located, must be able to present a negative test that is no more than 48 hours old. The nearby city of Wuhu in Anhui also requires a negative test from those entering. Air traffic in Nanjing is to remain suspended until at least 11 August.
Update 2021-07-29 (1): According to recent media reports, cases linked to the outbreak in Nanjing have been confirmed in several provinces. On Thursday (29 July), the Legendale Hotel in Beijing was quarantined after a case was confirmed there.
