Update 2021-07-29: German authorities point out that people in Japan who test positive must go into quarantine for up to 14 days. Even for fully vaccinated, negative tested contacts, quarantine for several days is possible. Quarantine must be carried out in a quarantine hotel. The supply of special medication and adherence to special diets may prove difficult during quarantine.
