Update 2021-08-09: The German state of Hamburg is classified as a risk area by the Spanish authorities. Travellers with a previous stay in Hamburg must therefore present proof of vaccination, proof of recovery (not older than 180 days) or a negative test no more than 48 hours old when entering the country.
