Update 2021-08-16: On Monday (16 August), the Foreign Office points out that the definition of a complete vaccination in Norway means that at least three weeks must have passed after a vaccination with a vaccine that requires only one vaccination dose. For vaccines that provide for two doses of vaccination, two weeks must have passed after the last vaccination.
