Update 2021-10-06 (2): Contrary to earlier reports, the requirement for air, rail and marine travellers to be fully vaccinated will already apply from 30 October. However, there will be a transition period, in which a negative COVID-19 test, no older than 72 hours, will also be accepted. From 30 November, all travellers must be fully vaccinated. Only a few exceptions will apply Canada.ca
