Update 2021-10-18: According to media reports from Monday (18 October), the city of Saint Petersburg will introduce a COVID-19 health pass with a QR barcode. As of 01 November, anyone wishing to enter a sports or cultural events with more than 40 people will have to present the health pass. Only those who have been fully vaccinated or possess a negative COVID-19 test, no older than 72 hours, will receive the QR code for the health pass. From 15 November, this requirement will be extended to include swimming pools, fitness centres, cinemas and other cultural and entertainment venues. From 01 December, the health pass will even be required to enter restaurants and shops.
