Update 2021-11-02: On Tuesday (02 November) it was announced that fully vaccinated business travellers will only have to spend three days in quarantine instead of ten. From the fourth day onwards, the use of public transport and visits to catering establishments will be permitted, provided a negative COVID-19 test is available. The regulation is to come into force on Monday (08 November). In addition, entry possibilities for students and an increase in authorised entries per day from 3,500 to 5,000 from the end of November are planned.
