Update 2021-11-03: As of 30 November, international flights will again be allowed at Hamilton, Waterloo, St. John’s, Regina, Saskatoon, Kelowna, Abbotsford and Victoria airports. Until now, this has only been allowed at the airports of Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Quebec City, Edmonton, Calgary and Halifax.
