Update 2022-03-22 (5): On Wednesday (23 March), travellers at Hamburg Airport should be prepared for a high volume of passengers and a heavy rush at security checks. According to media reports, travellers would be asked to arrive early and keep luggage to a minimum.

Update 2022-03-22 (4): On Tuesday afternoon (22 March, local time), 43 flights have been cancelled at Munich Airport. At Berlin Brandenburg Airport, 85 flights have been cancelled.

Update 2022-03-22 (3): According to reports on Tuesday morning (22 March, local time), 140 of 260 flights in Düsseldorf and 73 of 123 flights at Cologne/Bonn Airport have already been cancelled.

Update 2022-03-22 (2): There will be no departures at Hamburg Airport on Tuesday (22 March) due to the strike. In Berlin, there are severe restrictions in operations.
