Update 2022-05-12: According to recent media reports on Wednesday (11 May), the strict lockdown in Shanghai, which was supposed to be eased gradually in the meantime, has been tightened in some parts of the city. Food delivery services have been suspended and access to medical care severely restricted. Neighbours of COVID-19 cases are also being transported to government quarantine facilities. A curfew remains in place.
