In an attack on Wednesday morning, at least three people were killed and five injured in the city of Mykolayiv when a high-rise building was hit by Russian missiles. Meanwhile, pro-Russian separatists in the Luhansk region have blamed the Ukrainian army for the deaths of six workers.
