Update 2022-09-01: According to media reports on Thursday (1 September), Chinese authorities have tightened measures in Chengdu (Sichuan): A curfew will be imposed on the metropolis with 21 million inhabitants from the evening (local time). Residents are not to go outside from then on. Mass tests will be carried out over the next four days.
