2022-09-15: According to the sources, the Confederation of Kerala Petroleum Dealers Association has scheduled a statewide strike on 23 September to press their several demands. Reportedly, the strike will be carried out by shutting down fuel stations across the state.
Heightened security measures as well as disruptions to traffic and public life are to be expected. Violent clashes between protesters and security forces are possible.
