2022-09-30: According to the sources from Friday (30 September), the Mai Kradok checkpoint in Sangkhla Buri District, Kanchanaburi Province in Thailand has been temporarily closed due to armed clashes between Myanmar troops and the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) on Wednesday (28 September) at a military base in Payatongzu District in Myanmar. Multiple soldiers were killed during the clashes.
