Hyatt has opened the first property under its Unbound Collection in Japan. The 120-room Fuji Speedway Hotel is situated about 80 minutes from Tokyo, close to the Fuji Speedway motorsport race track and against a backdrop of Japan’s iconic Mount Fuji. The hotel also features a driving simulator, and houses the Fuji Motor Sports Museum, which showcases “story-worthy and era-defining racing cars dating from the end of the 19th century”.
