Update 2022-11-07: According to reports from Monday (7 November), the city of Bakhmut in Donetsk continues to see intense fighting and remains without electricity, gas or water. The OHCHR has reported that there have been almost 16,300 civilian casualties since the conflict began. Additionally, it is estimated that 4.5 million people in Ukraine are still without electricity.
