Update 2023-10-23: Heavy fighting between governmental forces and the Ta’ang National Liberation Army broke out on Saturday (22 October) in Nyaung Kone village in Mogok Township, Mandalay. Many governmental forces were killed in the fight.
Additionally, on Friday (21 October) an unknown number of forces of the Kachin Independence Army were killed by governmental air strikes in Nam Aum village tract on the Muse-Lashio road in Muse District’s Milestone 105 commercial zone.
