2024-02-26: A violent clash during a demonstration was reported on Saturday (24 February) at around 7 pm (local time) near Victoria Street North and Shantz Station Road in Woolwich township, Ontario. Reportedly, the demonstration was between Eritrean community and protesters. Moreover, projectiles were fired at the security officials, while many were injured during the demonstration. Reportedly, at least one person was detained following the incident.
