Update 2024-03-17 (2): According to the sources from Sunday (17 March), a Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopter was shot down by Russian forces in the Sumy Oblast. At least one Ukrainian was killed following the incident. Reportedly, the helicopter was flying towards Kozinki of Belgorod Oblast.
Update 2024-03-17 (1): A polling station was attacked on Sunday morning (17 March, local time) by Ukrainian drones in Kamianka-Dniprovska city, located in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Reportedly, the attack resulted in a fire at the city’s cultural center, where the polling station was situated. However, there were no casualties following the attack.
