Update 2024-06-23 (5): At least one person was killed, while multiple others were injured on Sunday (23 June) at around 3 pm (local time) following Russian airstrikes targeting the districts of Shevchenkivskyi and Kholodnohirskyi and the city of Kharkiv. Due to the attack, half of the city of Kharkiv is without electricity, while many high-rise buildings were also severely damaged. In addition, at least one security official was killed on Saturday (22 June) during a clash near Raihorodka village on the border of Kharkiv and Luhansk oblasts in the Kupiansk-Svatove sector.
