Update 2024-07-02: According to reports from Tuesday (2 July), at least one person died, and hundreds of others were evacuated due to continuous heavy rains leading to floods across Penampang, Putatan, Tuaran, and Tamparuli Kecil, Sabah. The rains caused prolonged blackouts and water supply disruptions. Material damages were also reported.
