Update 2024-08-07: Russian state media reported on Wednesday morning (7 August, local time) of Ukrainian attacks on targets in the Kursk and Belgorod regions. In Shebekino (Belgorod), a Ukrainian drone flew into a residential building and caused a fire. Several missiles were fended off over the Kursk region. Meanwhile, Russian agencies reported that the Ukrainian counterattack on Russian territory on Tuesday (6 August) was carried out by 300 units, eleven tanks and more than 20 armoured vehicles.
