Update 2024-10-03: Several people, including a Turkish citizen, were injured on Wednesday (2 October) following Russian drone attacks in Izmail, Odesa Oblast. The strikes also damaged a grain facility and administrative buildings at the Orlivka border crossing to Romania, temporarily suspending operations.
