Update 2024-10-22: According to the latest media reports, there were clashes between demonstrators and security forces in Bangabhaban on Tuesday evening (22 October, 8.30 pm local time). The crowd tried to break through a security barrier, to which the police responded with tear gas. At least one person was injured.
