Update 2024-10-22 (3): Multiple people were killed, while dozens of others were injured on Tuesday evening (22 October, local time) following Israeli attacks on Hermel and the southern city of Nabatiyeh. Meanwhile, Israeli forces issued an evacuation order for the residents of Dahija in southern Beirut ahead of a security operation targeting Hezbollah.

Update 2024-10-22 (2): According to reports, the death toll from the airstrikes near Rafic Hariri Hospital in Beirut on Monday evening (21 October, local time) has risen to at least 13. At least 57 people were also injured in the attack. Search and resecue operations remained underway in the area on Tuesday (22 October). At least three paramedics were injured in an air strike in Nabatieh on Tuesday (22 October).
