Update 2024-11-22: Several people were killed while a dozen others were injured on Thursday (21 November) following Israeli strikes targeting the Beqaa Valley in Baalbek District, Baalbek-Hermel Governorate. According to the local authority, additional multiple fatalities and a dozen more injuries were reported on the same day from Israeli strikes in Nabatieh District in a separate incident, in addition to the further fatalities and injuries reported across the southern parts of the country.
