Update 2022-07-14 (2): Media reported, that on Thursday (14 July), protesters retreated from the government buildings in the city centre of Colombo. Security forces reportedly reinforced security in the area. Due to the curfew, which is in place for Colombo, trains from outside areas of the capital have been suspended on Thursday (14 July).
Update 2022-07-14: A new curfew was declared in Colombo from 12 pm Thursday (14 July) until 5 am Friday (15 July, local time).
