Update 2022-09-27: Due to the storm, since Tuesday evening (27 September, local time), a curfew is in place for residents of the provinces of Da Nang and Quang Nam. Winds of up to 180 km/h are expected. At least 800.000 people have already been evacuated in central Vietnam, while heavy rainfall was already reported from the affected region.
