Update 2022-10-28: According to reports from Friday (28 October), the 24-hour ScotRail strike planned for Saturday (29 October) will go ahead as planned. Over 2,000 employees are expected to take part in the strike, including conductors, ticket controllers, CCTV operators, and other staff. Extensive disruptions to ScotRail services are to be anticipated throughout the country. ScotRail has reported that they will be offering a very limited service between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm on Saturday (29 October, local time).
