Update 2022-11-16: According to reports, Polish, Belgian, US, and Russian authorities stated independently on Wednesday (16 November) that the missile that struck Przewodów was likely a Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile. Polish authorities have also stated that there is no indication that the attack was intentional and was rather the result of anti-missile defence on Ukraine’s part. Despite this, Poland has increased security measures and border patrols along the border with Ukraine in response to the incident. Additionally, all eight border crossings with Ukraine have resumed normal operation.
