2023-08-16: According to the sources, at least one person sustained severe injuries on Tuesday (15 August) at around 5 pm (local time) following a violent attack by a group of people at Elizabeth Street, Upper Riccarton in Christchurch, Canterbury. Reportedly, the suspects fled the scene after the attack, and an investigation remains ongoing.
