Update 2023-09-13: According to reports, at least five people were injured when a collapsed in Calayan (Cagayan) following the earthquake that struck off the coast of Dalupiri Island (Cagayan) on Tuesday evening (12 September, local time). No major damage from the earthquake has yet been reported. The earthquake could reportedly felt in areas of the Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Central Luzon.
