Taiwan, Severe Weather, Level 5: Forecast: Tropical Cyclone Koinu to hit southern coastal areas on 4/5 October – Taiwan [Update 4]

Update 2023-10-04: Due to the approaching storm, a public holiday has been declared in all regions of Taiwan except Taipei, New Taipei City, Keelung and Taoyuan. The heaviest rainfall is expected in Hualien, Pingtung and Taitung counties and Hengchun Peninsula.
