Update 2023-10-26: Multiple people were injured on Wednesday night (25 October, local time) following a drone attack by Russian forces near the Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant in Netishyn in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Moreover, the Russian forces have also shot down several missiles fired by Ukrainian forces at Russian targets. Power outages were also reported following the attack.
