2024-07-22: Train operation between Hamamatsu and Nagoya station has been suspended due to a collision between two maintenance trains on Monday morning (22 July, local time) between Toyohashi and Mikawa-Anjo stations on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line. Traffic disruptions may also be reported due to the incident and are expected to resume by noon (local time).
Railway traffic disruptions are possible. Passengers travelling via the affected railway station are advised to contact their tour operator about the current train status in advance to their journey.
