Update 2024-08-14: Several missiles were launched from Iraq on Tuesday (13 August) targeting the U.S. military base located in the Conoco gas field in eastern Deir ez-Zor Governorate. Reportedly, the projectiles did not hit the base, and there were no injuries. In response to the missile attack, U.S. soldiers shelled several towns in Deir ez-Zor.
