Update 2021-02-08 (2): Despite the extension of the stay-at-home order in Ontario, businesses are expected to be able to reopen on Wednesday (10 February). The state of emergency also expires on this date. In Alberta, gyms and restaurants have been allowed to reopen, while in Nova Scotia, indoor events with up to 100 people and outdoor events with 150 people have been allowed.
The night-time curfew in Québec is expected to remain in force for at least two more weeks.
Update 2021-02-08 (1): On Monday (08 February), the authorities of the province of Ontario announced that the “stay at home order” will remain in force until at least 16 February. In Toronto, Peel and York it will remain in force until at least 22 February. Only in three rural regions will the measure be lifted on Wednesday (10 February).
