Update 2021-02-25: German authorities reported on Thursday (25 February), that before travelling to China, the results of a negative PCR and antibody test must be uploaded on the Health Declaration Certificate page together with the passport, flight ticket and a valid visa or residence permit. Please note that the tests must have been issued in the same consular district, i.e. in the area of responsibility of the same Chinese mission abroad.
Travellers who have recovered from COVID-19 or have tested positive for antibodies must report this to the relevant Chinese mission abroad at least three weeks before travel.
