Update 2021-03-10 (1): According to German authorities on Wednesday (March 10), a negative COVID-19 PCR test in English, Russian or Lithuanian conducted at least 72 hours prior to arrival is required for entry into Lithuania. Exceptions are made for persons who already have a complete vaccination against COVID-19 or who enter the country with their own car.
