Update 2021-03-17: All travellers 13 years of age or older entering the Netherlands by air, rail, bus or boat require a negative COVID-19 PCR test for entry which was performed no more than 24 hours prior to boarding. Also permitted for entring the Netherlands is a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in the Netherlands, if a negative rapid test which was performed no more than 24 hours before arrival can be presented in addition. Transit travel via Dutch airports is possible subject to the provisions listed here.
